温州市建筑设计院研制的这种空心桩,桩型呈平头、中空、开口,用静力压桩,使士体能挤入桩孔一定深度,形成土塞。经工程实践与一般实心方桩的静载对比试验表明:土塞是完全闭塞的,其承载力与实心桩相同;由干部分土体挤入桩内,减少对土体的挤压,从而减少了对周围环境的影响;施工时无噪音;由于桩中间空心,又是静力压桩,减少了砼和钢筋的用量,造价低于预制桩、灌注桩。该桩已在温州地区的2万m~2的建筑中应用,值得在沿海软土地区推广。
The hollow piles developed by the Wenzhou Architectural Design Institute have flat, hollow and open piles. The piles are pressed statically so that the corps can squeeze into a certain depth of the pile hole to form a soil plug. The static load comparison test between the engineering practice and the general solid square pile shows that the soil plug is completely occluded and its bearing capacity is the same as that of the solid pile; the dry part of the soil is squeezed into the pile to reduce the extrusion of the soil, thereby reducing The impact on the surrounding environment; no noise during construction; due to the hollow middle pile, but also static pressure piles, reducing the amount of concrete and steel, the cost is lower than the prefabricated piles, cast-in-place piles. The pile has been applied in the 20,000 m2 building in Wenzhou area and is worthy of promotion in coastal soft soil areas.
