在许多诸如田径、篮球、排球等运动项目的训练过程中,跳跃练习在提高运动员下肢的爆发力方面起着必不可少的作用。一些研究为我们提供了不同运动项目的生物力学特性的有关信息,但这些信息很少是与训练手段的生物力学有关的。很明显,在训练手段的生物力学、神经生理学的特性与专门运动项目之间的关系方面,我们的知识还留有一处空白。本研究是为探索通常所采用的一些跳跃练习的生物力学和神经生理学性质而设计的。
In many training activities such as athletics, basketball, volleyball and other sports, jumping practice plays an essential role in increasing the explosiveness of the athlete’s lower extremities. Some studies provide us with information on the biomechanical properties of different sports, but this information is seldom related to the biomechanics of training methods. Clearly there is a gap in our knowledge about the biomechanical and neurophysiological characteristics of training and the relationship between specialized sports. This study was designed to explore the biomechanical and neurophysiological properties of some of the jumping exercises commonly used.
