我国的素质教育经历了近三十年的发展,取得了一定的成绩,但是面对庞大的教育系统来说,我们所取得的成绩还是有限的。在实施过程中还存在着很多问题等待解决。实施素质教育是社会全方面进步的需要,也是教育在“应试教育”发展到一定阶段产生瓶颈后所寻找突破的一种策略。“应试教育”代表了一个时期的教育发展,但其却偏离了人的发展和社会发展的实际需要,是一种单纯为考试争取高分和片面追求升学率的教育。既然实施素质教育是顺应当今教育改革发展的需要,在改革过程中也有不少问题需要解决。
The quality education in our country has experienced nearly thirty years of development and has achieved some achievements. However, in the face of a huge education system, the achievements we have achieved are still limited. In the implementation process, there are still many problems waiting to be solved. Carrying out quality education is the need of social progress in all aspects and also a strategy for education to find a breakthrough after bottleneck in the development of “examination-oriented education”. “Exam-oriented education” represents a period of education development, but it deviates from the actual needs of human development and social development. It is a kind of education that strives to achieve high marks for exams and one-sided pursuit of entrance rates. Since the implementation of quality education is in line with the needs of today’s education reform and development, many problems need to be solved during the reform process.
