近年来,失眠症在大学生中有增无减且有越来越严重的趋势。本文通过文献研究及运用数据统计,总结出体育运动是治疗大学生失眠症的有效方法。
In recent years, insomnia increases more and more in undergraduates and is more and more serious. Through literature research and data statistics, this article concludes that physical exercise is an effective way to treat insomnia in college students.
