采用OM、XRD、SEM等手段研究了时效处理对轧制态Mg-12Li-2Al-1Zn合金组织及力学性能的影响。结果表明,50℃时效处理1 h,镁锂合金发生时效强化现象,最大硬度值111 HV0.1,抗拉强度达到281 MPa,伸长率为13%。XRD图谱显示,50℃时效处理1 h时出现MgLi2Al相,MgLi2Al相弥散分布在晶粒内,有效地提高了镁锂合金的强度。合金在50~150℃时效处理时,很快发生过时效现象。经固溶时效处理后合金的断裂方式发生了韧性断裂→脆性断裂→韧性断裂的转变。
The effects of aging treatment on the microstructure and mechanical properties of Mg-12Li-2Al-1Zn alloy during rolling were investigated by OM, XRD and SEM. The results show that aging treatment at 50 ℃ for 1 h, Mg-Li alloy aging phenomenon, the maximum hardness of 111 HV0.1, the tensile strength of 281 MPa, the elongation of 13%. XRD patterns showed MgLi2Al phase and MgLi2Al phase were dispersed within the grains at 50 ℃ for 1 h, which effectively enhanced the strength of Mg-Li alloy. Alloy aging at 50 ~ 150 ℃, the phenomenon of aging occurred quickly. The fracture toughness, brittle fracture and ductile fracture change of the alloy after solution treatment and aging treatment.
