[目的 ] 研究散叶甘蓝 (savvay oabbage,卷心菜 )对亚硝酸钠致突变的拮抗作用。 [方法 ] 亚急性小鼠骨髓多染红细胞微核实验。 [结果 ] 散叶甘蓝菜汁可使亚硝酸钠诱发的微核发生率降低 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;且当其还原型维生素 C浓度低于阳性组 (Vit C)的条件下两者的抗微核效果保持一致水平 (P>0 .0 5 )。 [结论 ] 散叶甘蓝在一定剂量范围内能拮抗亚硝酸钠的致突变作用 ,并且这种效应不是维生素 C单一因素作用的结果。
[Objective] To study the antagonism of sodium nitrite mutagenesis induced by savvay oabbage (Cauliflower). [Methods] Micronucleus test of subacute mouse bone marrow multi-red blood cells. [Results] The incidence of micronucleus induced by sodium nitrite was decreased in the cabbage cabbage juice (P<0.05), and both the reduced vitamin C concentration was lower than that in the positive group (Vit C). The anti-micronuclear effect remained consistent (P > 0.05). [Conclusion] Cabbage could antagonize the mutagenic effect of sodium nitrite within a certain dose range, and this effect is not the result of vitamin C alone.
