OBJECTIVE: To analyze the distribution of radiation dose around the X-ray tube of the bedside machine and guide the operator and other personnel in the same room to choose a relatively reasonable position to reduce the radiation. Methods: Adult chest bedside radiography parameters were used to conduct multiple exposures of the DR bedside nasal tube to the water phantom. A total of 40 measurement points were selected from two radiation planes centered on the focal point of the X-ray tube. Using a radiation dosimeter, At the time of exposure, the instantaneous maximum dose at each measurement point is taken and the average of each point is taken as the radiation dose at that measurement point. Results: (1) The dose of radiation at each measurement point of the long axis of X-ray tube and the center line of incidence is 200, 190, 150, 140, 90, 80, 15 Gy / h 120,110,80,70,11.5μGy / h (100cm) and 130,115,90,80,60,50,9.5μGy / h (150cm); ② in the X-ray minor axis and the plane of incidence of the center line is different The radiation dose values at each measurement point were 198, 186, 146, 132, 86, 75, 15 μg / h (50 cm), 166, 149, 115, 101, 75, 65, 11.5 μg / h , 108,84,69,54,46,9.5μGy / h (150cm); ③ The radiation dose at the center of incidence 100cm from the focal point was 350μGy / h. Conclusion: The dose distribution of DR bedside X-ray tube with larger cathode side than anode side, farther away from the focal point and smaller doses of radiation from the center of incidence to both sides behind the X-ray tube gradually decreases.
