目的:研究甲状腺癌P21、P53、PCNA表达及其意义。方法:应用SP免疫组化法检测40例甲状腺癌患者。结果:甲状腺癌中P21、P53、PCNA的阳性率分别为67.5%、52.5%和57.5%。P21、PCNA在癌中表达与在增生性病变中表达有显著差异(P<0.05),P53仅在癌中表达,癌旁组织及增生性病变中无表达。P53和PCNA过度表达与浸润程度和淋巴结转移有关。结论:检测结果提示:P21、P53、PCNA表达对鉴别甲状腺的良、恶性病变有意义。P53、PCNA表达与癌的浸润、转移有关。
Objective: To study the expression and significance of P21, P53 and PCNA in thyroid carcinoma. Methods: 40 cases of thyroid cancer patients were detected by SP immunohistochemistry. RESULTS: The positive rates of P21, P53 and PCNA in thyroid cancer were 67.5%, 52.5% and 57.5%, respectively. The expression of P21 and PCNA in cancer was significantly different from that in proliferative lesions (P<0.05). P53 was only expressed in cancers, and no expression was found in adjacent tissues or proliferative lesions. Overexpression of P53 and PCNA is associated with infiltration and lymph node metastasis. Conclusion: The test results suggest that the expression of P21, P53 and PCNA is significant for differentiating benign and malignant thyroid lesions. The expression of P53 and PCNA is related to the invasion and metastasis of cancer.
