上海第一钢铁厂是一家具有53年历史的国营大型企业,有职工24000多名,年产钢200多万吨,1990年被评为国家一级企业。近年来,在搞活大中型企业中,我们坚持一手抓“依靠”,一手抓“当好”,充分调动了广大职工的积极性,促进了企业两个文明建设的发展。一手抓“依靠”,一手抓“当好”,关键是在领导层中牢固树立“依靠”的自觉性一手抓“依靠”,即继续抓好我厂《依靠职工群众办企业的若干规定》的实施。去年,我厂党政工团联合制订了依靠职工群众办企业的“50条”,从制度上确立了职工在企业中的主人翁地位。
