针对目前电能质量监测系统的不足,提出将计量自动化等生产系统部分监测数据用于电能质量问题分析的设想,从而对电能质量监测系统进行有效补充。通过明确电能质量监测对数据的要求,以及相关标准和规范,结合佛山电网各生产系统应用情况,分析了计量自动化、电压监测系统及调度自动化等生产系统用于电能质量监测的可行性,并提出了各生产系统和电能质量监测系统数据共享的短期方案和长期方案。
Aiming at the shortcomings of current power quality monitoring system, this paper put forward the idea of using some monitoring data of production system, such as measurement automation, for the analysis of power quality problems, so as to effectively supplement the power quality monitoring system. By specifying the data requirements of power quality monitoring, relevant standards and norms, and combining with the application of various production systems in Foshan Power Grid, the feasibility of using production automation systems such as metering automation, voltage monitoring system and dispatching automation for power quality monitoring is analyzed. Short-term and long-term plans for data sharing between production systems and power quality monitoring systems.
