目的:探究质量控制小组在消化内科护理质量管理中的应用效果。方法:选取2015年医院收治的100例消化内科住院患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字法,将其分为对照组和观察组,分别给予常规护理管理及QC小组管理,比较两组患者的护理质量及护理满意度。结果:与对照组相比,观察组的基础护理、专科护理等护理质量评分均明显增高(P<0.05);与对照组相比,观察组患者的护理满意度明显提升(P<0.05)。结论:QC小组被纳入消化内科护理管理中,能够有效提高护理服务质量及患者满意度。
Objective: To explore the application of quality control team in the quality management of digestive medicine nursing. Methods: A total of 100 inpatients with gastroenterology in our hospital were selected as research subjects. According to the random number method, they were divided into control group and observation group, and were given routine nursing management and QC group management respectively. The quality of care And nursing satisfaction. Results: Compared with the control group, the scores of nursing quality such as basic nursing and specialist nursing in the observation group were significantly increased (P <0.05). Compared with the control group, the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly improved (P <0.05).
