目前某些船用高速轻型大功率柴油机连杆铜套存在着过盈量衰减现象,导致铜套松动进而引发严重故障。海军工程学院202教研室研制的“轻12—180型柴油机连杆铜套过盈量SFD——型检测仪”,在找出了铜套与连杆接触面间的动态特性和过盈量之间存在的对应关系的基础上,将该动态特性的测定,简化为在定点定量激励下单通道响应信号的直接处理,从而形成了结构简单、操作方便、价格低廉的检测手段。现场实际使用证明,检测结果正确可靠。在
