本文通过对存在职业病或疑似职业病问题的工人的个案研究,分析和职业病诊断程序有关的一系列机制,及在这些机制的作用下工人的应对。一系列区别机制使工人和医疗机构工作人员两个群体在互动过程中保持独立,这些机制在约束医疗机构的同时,使工人无法明确应该对他的职业病负责的人员或组织,而只能把抗争指向其所能接触的医疗机构的小职员,而他们的行动也无助于解决他们在职业病诊断过程中的问题。
Through case studies of workers with occupational or suspected occupational problems, this paper analyzes a series of mechanisms related to occupational disease diagnostic procedures and the response of workers under these mechanisms. A series of distinctive mechanisms have kept the two groups of workers and health-care workers in the process of interaction independent of each other. While restraining medical institutions, these mechanisms make it impossible for workers to identify the persons or organizations that should be held responsible for their occupational diseases, Point to the clerks of the medical institutions to which they are exposed, and their actions will not help to solve their problems in the diagnosis of occupational diseases.
