采用相位多普勒粒子分析仪(PDPA)对某型航空发动机双路离心喷嘴的雾化特性进行了实验研究,得到了索太尔平均直径(d32)的空间分布和喷雾锥角.实验结果表明:液滴尺寸随着供油压力的增大而减小,当压力增大到一定程度,液滴尺寸趋于不变;当主、副油路分别单独工作时,随测量横截面与喷口之间距离Z的增加,d32减小;在供油压力不变时,同一个测量横截面内,随着径向距离X的增加d32值变化不大;喷雾锥角基本不随供油压力改变而变化.
The aerosol characteristics of an aeronautic engine twin centrifugal nozzle were experimentally studied by phase-doppler particle analyzer (PDPA), and the spatial distribution and the spray cone angle of Sauter's mean diameter (d32) were obtained. The experimental results show that : Droplet size decreases with increasing oil pressure, when the pressure increases to a certain extent, the droplet size tends to be unchanged; when the main and sub-oil separately working, with the measured cross-section between the nozzle The distance d32 decreases with the increase of Z. When the pressure is constant, the value of d32 changes little with the increase of radial distance X in the same measurement cross section. The spray cone angle basically does not change with the change of oil supply pressure.
