对某炼厂酮苯脱蜡溶剂回收系统进行流程模拟,由模拟结果提取冷、热物流参数,然后运用夹点技术对换热网络进行分析。在夹点分析结果的基础上,结合现有换热网络特点提出了改造方案。模拟结果表明,改造后的换热网络冷、热公用工程负荷分别下降了29.5%和31.7%,每年可节省操作费用371.3万元,新增设备费用182万元,可在半年内收回。
The process of the process for the recovery of ketone and benzene dewaxing solvent in a refinery was simulated, the cold and hot logistics parameters were extracted from the simulation results, and then the pinch point technique was used to analyze the heat exchange network. Based on the results of pinch analysis, this paper proposes a modification plan based on the characteristics of existing heat exchange network. The simulation results show that the heat and cold load of the heat exchange network decreased by 29.5% and 31.7% respectively, saving an annual operating cost of 3.713 million yuan and a new equipment cost of 1.82 million yuan, which can be recovered within six months.
