本文应用表面活性剂存在下的胶束增溶、增敏、增稳作用,研究了溴化十六烷基三甲基铵(CTMAB)胶束体系中,苯基荧光酮(PF)测定微量锡(Ⅳ)的荧光法及其条件,于06~10mol/L酸度下,试剂与锡(Ⅳ)形成橙红色的胶束络合物,在λex/λem=532nm/585nm处产生强荧光,线性范围0~100μg/25ml,最低检出限12ng/ml,相对标准偏差38%。考察了共存离子的干扰情况,方法灵敏度高,选择性好,用于矿石及电镀液中微量锡的测定,结果满意
In this paper, the solubilization, sensitization and stabilization of micelles in the presence of surfactant were studied. The effect of phenylfluorone (PF) on the determination of trace tin in cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTMAB) (Ⅳ) and its conditions, an orange-red micellar complex was formed between the reagent and tin (Ⅳ) at a concentration of 0.6-6.0 mol / L, and strong fluorescence intensity was obtained at λex / λem = 532nm / 585nm Fluorescence, the linear range of 0 ~ 10 0μg / 25ml, the minimum detection limit of 1 2ng / ml, the relative standard deviation of 3 8%. The interference of coexisting ions was investigated. The method has high sensitivity and good selectivity, and is used in the determination of trace tin in ore and electroplating solution.
