研究了以花生壳膳食纤维为载体,十二胺为疏水基团和3-氯-2-羟基丙磺酸钠为磺化试剂,合成双亲型低密度脂蛋白胆固醇吸附剂的制备工艺。并通过探讨反应时间、温度和3-氯-2-羟基丙磺酸钠用量对SO42-含量的影响,获得制备条件;探讨吸附剂用量、吸附时间对血浆吸附效果的影响,获得吸附条件。结果表明,该吸附剂对血浆总胆固醇(TC)吸附率达到49.6%,低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)吸附率达到60.0%,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)的吸附率为18.2%。该吸附剂对胆固醇具有良好的吸附选择性。
The preparation technology of amphiphilic low density lipoprotein cholesterol adsorbent was studied with peanut shell dietary fiber as carrier, dodecylamine as hydrophobic group and sodium 3-chloro-2-hydroxypropanesulfonate as sulfonating reagent. The effects of reaction time, temperature and amount of sodium 3-chloro-2-hydroxypropane sulfonate on the content of SO42- were studied. The preparation conditions were obtained. The effects of adsorbent dosage and adsorption time on the plasma adsorption were discussed. The results showed that the adsorption rate of the adsorbent to total cholesterol (TC) was 49.6%, the LDL-C adsorption rate was 60.0%, and the adsorption rate of high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) was 18.2 %. The adsorbent has good adsorption selectivity to cholesterol.
