目前我国的学校教育大致可分为小学、初中、高中和大学四个阶段。其中的初中教育,学生毕业后可升入职业学校、专科学校或高中;高中教育,学生毕业后可升入大学,足见中学教育是很重要的。由此,我想起了道尔顿制教学法。道尔顿制的教学方法起源于美国。1920年美国教育家柏克赫斯特女士在美国马萨诸塞州道尔顿市的道尔顿中学首创了这种教学制度。现将这种制度简介如下:1.按学科性质设作业室,陈列该科参考书和实验仪器,供学生阅读或实验;2.把各科学习内容按月制订出作业大纲,规定出该月应完成的各项作业,由学生自行完成。学生与教师共同订立学习公约后,学生自己支配时间在各科作业室自学,各科作业室都配有教师辅导学生。学生学习的进度,分别由教师和学生记入学习进度表内,进度快的学生可以提前更换学习公约,毕业年限因此缩短。这种教育制度以启发学生发挥智力为主旨,采取的是学生自学与教师辅导相结合的方法。

In junior high school education, students can be promoted to vocational schools, technical colleges, or high schools after graduation; in high school education, students can be promoted to university after graduation, which indicates that secondary education is very important. As a result, I think of the Dalton teaching method. Dalton’s teaching methods originated in the United States. In 1920, American educator Berkhurst pioneered this teaching system in Dalton Middle School in Dalton, Massachusetts. Now this system is introduced as follows: 1. Set up the operating room according to the nature of the subject, display the reference books and experimental instruments for the students to read or experiment; 2. Make the work outline for each subject on a monthly basis and specify the month The tasks that should be completed are completed by the students themselves. After the students and the teacher jointly conclude the study convention, the students themselves will spend time in self-study courses in the various homework rooms, and each section of the workroom will be equipped with teacher-coaching students. The progress of student learning is recorded by teachers and students in the learning schedule. Students with fast progress can change the learning convention in advance and the length of graduation will be shortened. This kind of education system aims at inspiring students to exert their intelligence and adopts a combination of student self-study and teacher guidance.
