在中学《生理卫生》课本里,要求通过演示实验让学生观察到“肌肉收缩是神经刺激肌肉的结果”。这首先必须配制生理盐溶液,准备电源、电极、感应圈、支架和指示器,还要准备一套制作神经肌肉标本用的解剖器。在演示中,由于手续比较复杂,花费的时间较长,不能不影响其它內容的讲授。就效果来看,只能使学生观察到指示器的小幅摆动,这对他们的印象并不十分深刻。因此,我们在讲授这一內容
