My best friend is Liu Zhangtao  He is thirteen years old .He is of medium build and handsome .He has short straight hair and he doesn’t wear glasses .He is good at football ，but he  is weak in English .He has been learning English for five years .I think it is difficult to learn English well for him.The biggest problem is his spoken English .He is a shy boy and He is afraid to speak English in public.He never puts up his hands in class.In his free time ，He never talks with classmates or friends in English .He’s a slow reader.while reading ，He always tries to translate every word into Chinese .When he meets any word he doesn’t know .He has to stop to look it up.I don’t know why .Every day he spends lots of time on new words and texts ，But he hasn’t get good grades yet.
　　With the help of Miss Li.He gets much progress. “Don’t be shy ，have a try”.“You can do it” Miss Li encourages him to say out loud in class.  She invites Liu Zhangtao to join the English club .we also talk with him in English when we meet. We read English story books and sing English songs  together .we watch English movies or chat on Internet in English on weekends.
　　Now he’s active in class.Everyone says he’s a sunshine boy.
