江苏省东台市玻璃纤维厂因为对一名违纪职工除名,竟闹得满城风雨,轰动一时,最后经盐城市中级人民法院作出终审判决才算了结。关于此案的是非曲直此处姑且不论,但由此足可窥见目前“处分职工难”之一斑。如果说“处分职工难”是一种通病的话,那么有这样一则事例不能不说是一个“奇迹”。一个只有500名职工的小厂,竟然一下子顺利作出了开除19名违纪职工的决定,且没有留下后患。创造这个“奇迹”的就是天津蓟县盘山啤酒厂(详见天津《经营与管理》
