目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定山柰药材中山柰素的含量,并对不同产地山柰药材中山柰素含量进行分析,为评价药材质量提供参考。方法:使用ODS2 C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm)。流动相甲醇-0.4%磷酸(50∶50),流速1 m L·min-1,柱温室温,检测波长367 nm,进样量为10μL。结果:山柰素在0.015 8~1.58μg线性关系良好,加样回收率为97.8%,RSD 1.6%。结论:不同产地山柰中山柰素的含量差异较大,所建立的含量测定方法具有操作简单、结果准确、重复性较好等特点,可用于山柰药材质量控制。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of kaempferol in Shanyang medicinal materials and to analyze the content of kaempferol in the medicinal materials of the kaempferu in different areas for reference. Method: ODS2 C18 column (4.6 mm × 150 mm, 5 μm) was used. The mobile phase was methanol-0.4% phosphoric acid (50:50) at a flow rate of 1 mL · min-1. The column temperature was at 367 nm and the injection volume was 10 μL. Results: The linear correlation was found between 0.015 8 and 1.58 μg of berachnin. The average recoveries were 97.8% and RSD 1.6%. CONCLUSION: The content of cantharidin in mountain shrews from different areas is quite different. The method for determination of content of canthaxanthin in mountainous area is easy to operate, accurate and reproducible. It can be used for quality control of mountain shrews.
