为分析白念珠菌活化的树突状细胞microRNA表达谱的变化,进而为研究microRNA在白念珠菌引发的固有免疫应答过程中的调节作用提供参考。我们采用microRNA芯片法分析了白念珠菌刺激前后人单核源性树突状细胞内microRNA表达谱的变化,采用MicroCosm v5、TargetScan 5.1和MICRORNA.ORG预测差异表达的microRNA的靶点,并对这些靶点进行GO和pahway分析。结果表明白念珠菌可以上调人单核源性树突状细胞内62个microRNA的表达,下调4个microRNA的表达。这些差异表达的microRNA的理论靶点广泛地参与了多个生物学过程以及多条信号通路。
To analyze the changes of the microRNA expression profile of Candida albicans activated dendritic cells, and to provide a reference for the study of the regulatory role of microRNAs in Candida albicans-induced innate immune responses. We used microRNA microarray analysis of Candida albicans before and after stimulation of human monocyte-derived dendritic cells in the expression profile of microRNAs, using MicroCosm v5, TargetScan 5.1 and MICRORNA.ORG prediction of differentially expressed microRNA targets, and these Targets were analyzed for GO and pahway. The results showed that C. albicans could up-regulate the expression of 62 microRNAs in human monocyte-derived dendritic cells and down-regulate 4 microRNAs. The theoretical targets for these differentially expressed microRNAs are widely involved in multiple biological processes and multiple signaling pathways.
