外在特征:新手班主任专业发展目标:规范化——从新手逐步成长为合格的班主任。能够胜任班级各项管理工作,与学生建立良好的师生关系,制定明确的班集体目标并知道如何向这个方向去努力。专业发展问题:缺少班级管理的经验,除了基本理论知识的学习以外,还有强烈的向老班主任、优秀班主任学习的渴望,并以模仿套搬为主。对自己的期望值很高,但由于理想与现实的差距、理论与实践的脱节,许多新班主任遇到问题时容易退缩,并怀疑自己的能力。专业发展策略:1.敢于反省,保持良好心态。2.善于学习,摒弃简单模仿。
