教师不但是学生求学路上的引领者,更是丰富学生内心、树立正确价值观念的重要角色之一。因此,对初中班主任而言,应重视其教育指导作用,采取有效的措施和方法,在进行班级管理的过程中,推动德育建设。本文以“初中班主任德育工作”为主要研究对象,分别从五个角度论述阐释了具体的实践策略。本文研究的目的在于能够为广大置身于“班主任”这样一种角色和身份的教育工作者,从德育的角度探索出工作的方法与策略,从而在班级管理方面更加得心应手、提升效率。
Teachers are not only the leaders on the way of studying for students, but also one of the important roles of enriching students’ hearts and establishing correct values. Therefore, junior high school teacher should pay attention to its guiding role in education and take effective measures and methods to promote moral education in the process of class management. This article takes “junior middle school teacher moral education ” as the main research object, expounds the concrete practice tactics from five angles respectively. The purpose of this study is to find out the methods and tactics of work for the majority of educators who occupy roles and identities such as “class teacher ” so as to be more handy in class management and improve their efficiency.
