1 前言本钢第一炼铁厂2号高炉容积为380m~3,其煤气净化系统仍采用重力除尘器——洗涤塔等电湿式除尘工艺。由于其工艺较落后,使其净化后的煤气含尘量高,不能充分用于焦炉燃烧,故造成每年约1.54亿m~3米高炉煤气的放散,直接造成对本溪的大气污染。此外,由于无场地建设水处理系统,煤气洗涤用水只能全部排入太子河,既浪费了水资源,又造成太子河水质污染。为提高经济效益,改变现有工艺技术设备落后状况,采用煤气干式电除尘新工艺。
1 Foreword Benxi Iron and Steel Works No. 2 blast furnace capacity of 380m ~ 3, the gas purification system is still using gravity precipitator - scrubber and other electric wet dust removal process. Due to its relatively backward technology, the high dust content of gas after its purification can not be fully used for coke oven combustion, resulting in the release of about 154 million m ~ 3 m blast furnace gas per year, which directly causes the air pollution in Benxi. In addition, since there is no venue to build water treatment system, gas washing water can only be discharged into Taizi River, which not only wastes water resources but also causes water pollution in Taizi River. In order to improve economic efficiency and change the backwardness of the existing technology and equipment, the new technology of gas dry electric dust removal is adopted.
