本文提出了在会展专业生产性实训项目开发中应以校园生活为核心、以学生为服务对象进行项目开发,以企事业单位组织为依托、依据社会组织的自身需要进行项目开发,以政府、社区的公益性社会活动为重点对象的项目开发及根据消费者个人需求进行开发项目的四种开发思路;论证了生产性实训项目运作从资金、设施设备、人员与组织及课程对接方面的可行性;最后总结出了构建公司制企业独立进行项目运作和以学校法人的主体身份通过项目承揽或合作的形式进行项目运作的两种运作模式,并对其特点进行了分析。
