我院自1982年～1986年3月应用超声波治疗心肌梗塞:急性24例,陈旧性10例,小结如下。设备及具体实施方法机器选用洛阳医用电子仪器厂生产的LY—Ⅱ型超声波治疗机。该机属于低频超声,频率为800千赫/秒,声功率从0.5W/cm~2开始,每档增加0.25W/cm~2,直至2.5W/cm~2。该研究选用0.75～1.75W/cm~2,每5～7天升档一次,每次操作20分钟。接触剂:用液体石腊与凡士林2∶1混合
