以往我国的地理教学不太重视地理实验,直到二期课改开始后,《上海市中学地理课程标准》才首次提出了地理实验教学,并从课程目标、教学要求上做了明确规定,随后,高考(上海卷)中首次出现了地理实验内容的考察,并延续至今。可见,地理实验教学正越来越受到重视。下面,就从教学实践出发,谈谈笔者对地理实验教学的认识和理解。一、运用地理实验进行教学形象直观,符合从感性到理性的认识发展规律,可以有效避免填鸭式地把许多科学事实塞到人脑子里,从而提高课堂教学的有效性。
