日本十分重视长寿的研究,而“百岁以上老人10年间增加4倍”的事实,也让日本无愧于“长寿之国”的称号。但日前厚生省发布的最新人均寿命调查却显示,日本人的平均寿命6年来首次出现了下降趋势,这让不少日本人感到忧虑。一向注重增强体质、延长寿命的日本,何以出现这样的“倒退”?这对于同样在追求健康长寿的我们来说,又有哪些警示呢?
Japan attaches great importance to longevity research, and the fact that “the number of elderly people over a hundred years increase by 10 times in 10 years” also makes Japan worthy of the title of “country of longevity.” However, the latest Life Expectancy Survey released by the Ministry of Health and Welfare recently showed that for the first time in Japan’s average life expectancy, the downward trend has taken a great deal of Japanese concern. Japan has always been focusing on enhancing physical fitness and prolonging life expectancy, so why does such a “retrogression” appear? What are the warnings for us who are also pursuing health and longevity?
