在全球气候变暖、环境污染日益加重和全球能源危机逐渐凸显的背景下,要求我国应尽快淘汰高能耗、高投入、低产出和低效益的传统建筑模式,为了与我国的可持续发展战略保持一致,近年来国内兴起生态建筑、绿色建筑的设计理念。而BIM可以帮助绿色建筑的建造使用更清洁更高效的技术,尽可能减少能源的消耗,它为绿色建筑走可持续发展的道路提供了重要的技术支持与展示舞台,因此进一步加强对其的研究非常有必要。基于此本文分析了BIM技术在绿色建筑设计中实践应用。
Under the background of global warming, increasing environmental pollution and global energy crisis, we urge our country to eliminate the traditional building pattern of high energy consumption, high investment, low output and low efficiency as soon as possible. In order to keep pace with China’s sustainable development strategy Consistent, in recent years the rise of eco-building, green building design. BIM, on the other hand, helps green buildings to be constructed using cleaner, more efficient technologies and minimizes energy consumption, providing important technical support and a showcase for the green building’s path to sustainable development, thus further enhancing its research very necessary. Based on this, this paper analyzes the practical application of BIM technology in green building design.
