《义务教育思想品德课程标准(2011年版)》(以下简称“2011年版新课标”)在“教学建议”部分变动很大,实验稿原来只有4条建议,2011年版新课标把第1条建议变成教学建议的前言,之后还有5条建议。这些教学建议,体现了课程改革的理念和要求,体现了思想品德课程性质的要求,体现了思想品德学科的教学原则,也体现了学生身心发展以及思想品德形成和发展规律的要求。教学建议强调:“教学是落实本标准、达成思想品德课程目标的主要途径和基本环节。”因此,思想品德教师应该认真学习和领会2011年版新课标的教学
