简要分析了用西门子S7-200型PLC实现对水泵测试控制系统设计创新的方法。该系统的数据高速采集、处理和分析是以S7-200型PLC为控制核心并与上位工控机的通讯而实现的。这种控制模式能够在简化了原系统的结构和配线的基础上既保持了PLC控制精度高、抗干扰能力强和可靠性好的优点,又充分发挥了工控机良好的数据分析和处理的能力。该系统在现场测试结果中表明其性能稳定且能满足测试要求,实时控制和安全保护在对水泵的测试过程中也反应良好。
A brief analysis of the use of Siemens S7-200 PLC pump control system design innovation approach. The system’s high-speed data acquisition, processing and analysis is based on S7-200 PLC as the control center and communication with the host IPC achieved. This control mode can simplify the structure and wiring of the original system, while maintaining the advantages of high PLC control accuracy, anti-interference ability and reliability, and give full play to the IPC a good data analysis and processing ability. The system in the field test results show that its performance is stable and can meet the test requirements, real-time control and safety protection in the pump test process also respond well.
