曾懿(清)字伯渊,又字朗秋,号华阳女士,四川华阳(今双流)人,大约生活在清道光至光绪年间,是晚清时期著名的女烹饪家。其父曾泳,道光二十四年(公元1844年)进士,曾任江西吉安府知府;其夫袁学昌,光绪五年(公元1879年)举人,曾任安徽全椒县知县,湖南提法使(即按察使)。曾懿随其父和其夫到过江南不少地方,她虚心好学,熟悉和掌握了江南一带的民风食俗、烹调和食品保藏方法,并一一记载,而且她还亲自主持家中饮食,积累了许多烹调经验,并在此基础上撰写了《中馈录》。
Zeng Yi (clear) word Peter deep, word Lang autumn, Ms. Huayang, Sichuan Huayang (now Shuangliu) people, living in the Qing dynasty to Guangxu years, is the famous late Qing female cook. His father Zeng Yong, Daoguang twenty-four years (1844 AD), former prefect of Jiangxi Ji’an Prefecture; Qifu Yuan Xuechang, Guangxu five years (AD 1879) juren, served as Anhui Quanjiao County magistrate, (That is, according to the police). Zeng Yi, who had been to many places in the south of the Yangtze River with her father and her husband, was very open-minded and familiar with and mastered the folk customs, cooking and food preservation methods in the south of Yangtze River and documented them one by one. She also presided over the family’s diet and accumulated many Cooking experience, and on this basis, wrote “in feed.”
