一、研究目的现代奥运会已经历了一百多个年头,中长跑的运动水平也发生了巨大变化,中长跑的训练方法也在不断演变。长期以来,人们都认为中长跑是耐力项目,但是国内外有大量的资料表明,中长跑是速度性的耐力项目,决定专项运动成绩的决定因素是速度和速度耐力。速度耐力是基础,速度是核心,力量耐力是保障,而要实现这一途径,快速力量训练是其中最佳途径之一,尤其是速度力量。
