基础教育课程改革的浪潮滚滚而来.新课程体系在功能、结构、内容、实施、评价和管理等方面都较原来的课程有了重大的创新和突破,新课程改革了学生的学习方式.也改变了教师的教学方式.教师是课程改革的参与者和推进者,是课程实践的创造者和受益者,新课程呼唤教师角色的转换,这种转换是内化教育改革理念的关键,是面向未来教育的基础.每一位化学教师都必须认清形势,转变观念,转换角色,在教学实践中不断提高自身实施新课程的能力.
3. The wave of basic education curriculum reform rolled. The new curriculum system has made significant innovations and breakthroughs in the functions, structure, content, implementation, evaluation, and management of the original curriculum. The new curriculum has reformed students’ learning methods. Also changed the teacher’s teaching methods. Teachers are participants and promoters of curriculum reform. They are the creators and beneficiaries of curriculum practice. The new curriculum calls for the transformation of the role of the teacher. This transformation is the key to the reform concept of internalized education and is the foundation for future education. Every chemistry teacher must understand the situation, change his concepts, change roles, and continuously improve his ability to implement new courses in teaching practice.
