课堂教学是师生互动、生生互动,师生共识、共享、共进的过程。在这个动态发展的过程中,课堂教学受到诸多因素的制约,存在着诸多变数,学生的学习行为更是一个难以预料、难以把准、难以调控的变数。学生的学习行为直接影响了教学任务的完成情况,决定了教学效果的好坏与成败。因此,在课堂教学中教师要关注学生的需求,审时度势,努力做到适时、适度、机智地调控学生学习行为,最大限度的实现课堂教学的有效性,提高教学质量。
Classroom teaching is a process of teacher-student interaction, life-and-life interaction, teacher-student consensus, sharing and progress. In this process of dynamic development, classroom teaching is restricted by many factors, and there are many variables. Students’ learning behavior is even more unpredictable and difficult to control. Students’ learning behavior has a direct impact on the completion of teaching tasks, which determines the quality of teaching effectiveness and success or failure. Therefore, in the classroom teaching, teachers should pay attention to the needs of students, assess the situation, and strive to be timely, appropriate and witty to regulate student learning behavior, to maximize the effectiveness of classroom teaching and improve teaching quality.
