WTO项下共有3项贸易救济措施。其中,保障措施影响的国家众多,更容易引起贸易摩擦。我们要运用反倾销、反补贴和保障措施等贸易救济措施为国内产业建立公平贸易秩序;充分运用世贸组织争端解决机制解决贸易摩擦;加强贸易救济措施的制度建设,调查机关要提高依法行政的能力;在采取贸易救济措施中,应兼顾上下游产业和消费者的利益。 There are three trade remedies under the WTO. Among them, a large number of countries affected by safeguard measures are more likely to cause trade frictions. We will use trade remedies such as anti-dumping, anti-subsidy and safeguard measures to establish a fair trade order for the domestic industry; make full use of the WTO dispute settlement mechanism to resolve trade frictions; strengthen the institutional construction of trade remedies and the investigative authorities should enhance their ability to administer the country according to law; Trade relief measures should take into account the interests of upstream and downstream industries and consumers.
