运用均匀设计，以改进加权单纯形法为手段，在计算机辅助下研究了藿香挥发油薄层色谱溶剂系统的最优化。分别通过四因素和三因素试验选择溶剂组分和配比，共用１８次实验，确定最佳溶剂系统为醋酸乙酯乙醚石油醚（０．０８∶０．２９∶４．６３）。
By means of uniform design and improvement of weighted simplex method, the optimization of solvent system of volatile oil from Agastache rugosa by TLC was studied. The four components and three factors were used to select the solvent components and the proportion respectively. A total of 18 experiments were carried out to determine the best solvent system as ethyl ether-ether-petroleum ether (0.08: 0.29:4.63).
