从阻尼机制出发,论述了发展结构功能一体化高阻尼材料应走金属材料与粘弹性材料的复合之路。用离心铸造法制备的以ZA27为基的泡沫金属,再浸渗高分子材料可以制备出高性能阻尼复合材料。
Starting from the damping mechanism, the development of composite structure with high damping materials should be based on composite materials of metal materials and viscoelastic materials. Using centrifugal casting ZA27-based foam metal, and then impregnated polymer materials can be prepared high-performance damping composite material.
