当下高校音乐教育专业课程构成比较雷同于音乐表演专业,音乐教学法课程教学的非实践性、滞后性、封闭性,使得学生毕业后与基础音乐教育师资的需求产生“落差”。由此,高校音乐院系需要对音乐教育专业在课程设置与教学方式上进行变革,通过“对接”基础教育学校的需求与教师专业发展需求来调整课程,变革教学方式,引入基础教育优秀音乐教师资源等对策,从而为基础音乐教育提供优质的师资队伍。
At present, the composition of music education major in colleges and universities is quite similar to that of music performance major.
