This article examines two new directions for the National Science Foundation to include the research capacity of women in the compendium in order to broaden their prospects and to enhance mobility in utilizing the work of women scientists and female engineers. To study the outline of the appropriation plan, to facilitate the study of apportionment of appropriations and provision of appropriations of about $ 12,000 per annum. The second outline is intended to guarantee the ability of women who have already supported their grants and conduct research in their respective fields. The outline limits the total amount in two years to $ 50,000. Announced the inclusion of two bonuses in the compendium of “Women's Studies Award”, which aims to fund women who were no longer in major research positions and whose research undertakings had been interrupted for two years in the recent five years.
