一、测定方法我们用P—577型交流电桥(交流电频率1000赫,电压4伏)测定了锻炼冬小麦幼苗的低频电阻值。以直径0.13毫米,长6毫米的镍针作电极,将电极固定在有机玻璃板上,两电极间的距离为8毫米。把长出第一片叶子的幼苗,一个个穿在电极上,距护板2—3毫米。每个幼苗进行两次测定。每个品种测定15个幼苗。幼苗是从仔细挑选出来的25粒种子(挑选时注意了种子小大,胚的饱满程度,感染真菌病害程度,机械损伤及贮藏时间)培养出来的。将种
