厂长(经理)负责制,从1984年开始试行,经过千百万人的思考、实践与探索,作为企业新的领导体制,如今已经初步得到确立。 下面发表的几篇短文是记者访问了沈阳十位颇有作为的大中型企业厂长之后写成的。他们作为全国第一批或第二批厂长负责制试点单位的厂长,置身于改革的漩涡中,亲身经历了这一历史性的变革,对旧体制的弊病,新旧体制转换中的艰难,以及新体制所预示的希望,感受得最深,因而对如何实行厂长负责制也最有发言权。 在我国全面推行厂长负责制之际,我们发表他们的一些意见、看法和做法,希望对关注厂长负责制的人们有所裨益。
The director of the factory (manager) is responsible for the system. It has been piloted since 1984. After millions of people have thought, practiced, and explored it as the company’s new leadership system, it has now been initially established. The following short essays were published after the reporter visited the director of a dozen large and medium-sized enterprises in Shenyang. As the director of the first batch or the second group of directors responsible for pilot units in the country, they were exposed to the whirlpool of reforms and experienced this historic change in person, facing the shortcomings of the old system and the difficulties in transforming the old and new systems. And the expectations expressed by the new system are most deeply felt. Therefore, they also have the most say in how to implement the system of director responsibility. In the context of the full implementation of the director responsibility system in our country, we have published some of their opinions, opinions and practices, hoping to benefit those who are concerned about the director responsibility system.
