研究公证机构的激励机制,其实质是探讨和解释关于其动力来源的问题。这一探讨实际上已经超越了激励问题本身,即狭义的如何调动组织成员积极性的管理心理学问题,而进入一个广阔的社会与文化视野。从这一角度,公证机构如何与相关部门发生联系和互动,从而获得发展动力,激发公证人员工作热情,成为了重要的理论与实践问题。
The essence of researching the incentive mechanism of a notary office is to explore and explain the questions about its source of motivation. This discussion has actually gone beyond the incentive problem itself, that is, the management psychology problem of how to mobilize the enthusiasm of the members of the organization in a narrow sense and entered a broad social and cultural field of vision. From this point of view, it is an important theoretical and practical issue that how a notary office should make contact and interaction with relevant departments to gain impetus for development and stimulate the enthusiasm of notaries.
