当前,农村金融领域的竞争日趋激烈,倒逼农信机构必须加快转型发展的步伐。在这种形势下,农信基层员工也面临着各种压力。对此,笔者认为,可从以下几点入手疏导员工的心理压力。科学考核,突出人性化,让员工有责任感。上级主管部门在下达各项业务的考核指标前,应深入调查,根据不同地区经济发展状况,合理确定考核指标,激发员工业务创新活力,增强员工的使命感。

Under such circumstances, the employees of rural credit cooperatives also face various pressures. In this regard, I believe that, from the following points to ease the psychological pressure on employees. Scientific assessment, highlighting human nature, so that employees have a sense of responsibility. The competent departments at higher levels should conduct in-depth investigations before issuing the assessment indicators for various businesses and reasonably determine the assessment indicators according to the economic development in different regions so as to stimulate the innovation of employees’ business and enhance the staff’s sense of mission.
