目前,电信正处于深化战略转型的攻坚阶段。面对新形势、新任务,电信企业纷纷动员干部员工全身心地投入到白热化的市场竞争之中,为企业生存发展而抢夺市场。随着市场竞争的日趋激烈和电信企业体制机制改革的不断深入,电信从业人员尤其是本地网基层员工承受的压力越来越大,可谓“压力山大”。据某权威机构对影响电信企业与员工和谐关系因素进行的调查分析,工作压力、薪酬问题、关怀问题、创新问题等已严重影响了企业的稳定和发展。
At present, telecommunications is in a crucial stage of deepening its strategic transformation. In the face of the new situation and new tasks, the telecommunications enterprises have mobilized cadres and staff members to devote themselves fully into the white-hot market competition and plunder the market for the survival and development of enterprises. With the increasingly fierce market competition and deepening reform of the telecom enterprise system and mechanism, telecom practitioners, especially those at the local network, are under increasing pressure and can be said to have “great pressure.” According to the investigation and analysis on the factors that affect the harmonious relationship between telecommunication enterprises and employees, some authoritative agencies have seriously affected the stability and development of enterprises because of work pressure, remuneration issues, care issues and innovation issues.
