利用化学气相沉积法,在900-1100℃下得到了GeO_2纳米锥。采用环境扫描电镜(SEM)、激光拉曼光谱和高分辨透射电子显微镜(HRTEM)对产物进行了表征分析。结果表明,GeO_2纳米锥为六方相多晶结构。提出了表面扩散生长机理。
By chemical vapor deposition method, GeO 2 nano cone was obtained at 900-1100 ℃. The products were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), laser Raman spectroscopy and high resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM). The results show that the GeO_2 nano-cone is a hexagonal polycrystalline structure. Proposed a surface diffusion growth mechanism.
