2002年6月~2006年6月,我们共收治结核渗出性胸膜炎128例,其中64例在常规胸腔穿刺抽液和抗结核治疗的基础上行胸腔持续引流加药物治疗,疗效满意。现分析报告如下。1临床资料1.

2002年6月~2006年6月,我们共收治结核渗出性胸膜炎128例,其中64例在常规胸腔穿刺抽液和抗结核治疗的基础上行胸腔持续引流加药物治疗,疗效满意。现分析报告如下。1临床资料1.1一般情况128例中,男85例,女43例;年龄15~72岁,平均38.7岁。随机分为对照组和观察组各64例。1.2方法(1)对照组:常规胸腔穿刺抽液,每3天1次,同时给予抗结核治疗。(2)观察组:于局麻下穿刺成功后,将中心静脉留置管置入胸腔5~10cm,接静脉延长管引出体外,采用无菌保护膜固定。第1次抽液600~1000ml,
