Different managers have different styles of management, but in summary, it is no more than two - either emphasis on decentralization, or emphasis on centralization. The so-called centralization of power, that is, centralization of functions and powers of decision-making, is largely concentrated in the hands of managers in higher positions. In contrast, decentralization is the decentralization of power and decentralization of decision-making power to managers in lower positions Hands. As a result, we can often see two types of managers with exceptionally large contrasts. Some managers work overtime every day, and they must personally handle important and minor matters. Once they leave the office, subordinate telephone reports will be one after another, as if they were genuine While others are cleverly assigning more work and responsibility to subordinates, they seem to be the cleanest in the team, and leisure seems redundant.
